video editing studios and a dubbing studio; a convertible art gallery with ample space and other
adaptable interiors for long-term shoots; guest rooms, recreation rooms, hallways, corporate
settings and lounges with classy interiors for indoor shoots; an open-air rooftop theatre with a
capacity of 150 for premieres, launches and other events; business centres for production offices
and workstations for short-term projects; three superior guest rooms for accommodation; warm and
welcoming dormitories with a splash of contemporary art for crews; and an open air rooftop café –

Studio A
A large general chroma studio where sets can be constructed. An ideal setting for production-intensive short films or ad shoots, talk shows and news programmes. Waiting Room
The production teams can use our cosy waiting room to engage guests prior to or during the shoots. Catering services can be arranged in the waiting rooms from our rooftop cafe upon request.
Guest Rooms
In-house accommodation for film and media production crews are available within studio premises. There are classy guest rooms and dorms.
Rooftop Theatre
With a capacity of 150, our brand-new rooftop theatre and terrace garden is ideal for launches, premieres, award shows, concerts and other events.
Rooftop Cafe
Niv’s open air, rooftop café can serve Indian breakfasts, pancakes, sandwiches, omelettes, smoothies to yummy favourites from across the world.
